Nov 10,  · I had my Silhouette cut my letters and numbers for me, using the normal vinyl settings of speed 8, thickness 9, blade 2. I adhered the vinyl to my cutting mat to make these cuts. Once my design had been cut out, I weeded away the excess vinyl.

I don’t know about you, but I have saved some crazy things because “I might need it for scrapbooking”. I also save any paper scrap that is over 2 x 2 inches. You just never know if you can use it later without having to cut a full sheet. Rubbermaid drawers work great for storing smaller pieces of cardstock, pattern paper, vinyl, and HTV.

Dec 08,  · Step Apply the vinyl stencil to the pallet boards. This part ended up way easier than I anticipated, and it was because I had taken the time to create those rectangles in Silhouette Studio to match the width and length of my boards.. I actually used a different method than ever before to apply the vinyl stencil to the board.
